Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a public forum for a maximum of 10 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

1   Apologies for Absence -  To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.   

2   Election of vice-chair   

3   To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests   

4   Planning Matters to include:

i.   145096 – Hybrid application for proposed 57km pipeline scheme between Elsham and Lincoln.

5   Resignation of Clerk   

6   Policies, procedures and standing orders – to discuss moving forward with documentation   

7   Quotes for pruning low branches in village   

8   Councillors’ Reports: Councillors’ reports and items for inclusion on the next agenda: Councillors are requested to use this opportunity to report minor matters of information not included elsewhere on the agenda and to raise items for future agendas. Councillors are respectfully reminded that this is not an opportunity for debate or decision making.
