There will be a public forum limited to a maximum of 15 minutes should any members of the public wish to ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

2. Co-option of councillor
3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to receive any applications for Dispensation. Members may make any declarations at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting
4. To approve the Minutes of the last meeting held on 9th November 22.
5. Chair and councils’ comments
6. Election of vice chairman
7. Clerk’s Report on matters outstanding.
8. Planning: to discuss any planning applications received from the Planning Authority. Also to include update on RAF Scampton.
9. Correspondence:- To note general Correspondence
10. Financial Matters: - To approve payments. To include signing of the Precept upon the Charging Authority form
11. Reports from outside bodies: to include county and district council and policing matters
12. Policies, procedures and standing orders updates from Cllr Morten.
13. To discuss purchase of a defibrillator for the village following consultation with residents
14. To discuss various matters regarding the parish council website ie content and website management
15. Items of information to be noted and if necessary to be dealt with at the next meeting
16. To resolve to move into closed session to discuss quotes for tree trimming. Should this resolution be passed any public and press present will be asked to leave.
