You are hereby summoned to attend the annual meeting of the council which will be held in the Village Hall at the close of the annual parish meeting on Tuesday 16th May 2023.
There will be a public forum limited to a maximum of 15 minutes should any members of the public wish to ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

4. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to receive any applications for Dispensation. Members may make any declarations at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting

9. Planning: to discuss any planning applications received from the Planning Authority. Also to include update on RAF Scampton.

d) Execute review of effectiveness of internal audit
11. Renewal of insurance policy and review inventory of assets
12. To review standing orders
13. To review financial regulations
14. Reports from outside bodies: to include county and district council and policing matters
15. To discuss flooding on Faldingworth Road
16. Items of information to be noted and if necessary to be dealt with at the next meeting
